Am I doing a real time reservation?

Yes, these reservation systems ON LINE have access in real time to the hotels availabilities. This system must to be used only on effective reservations. Because of hotels have the availabilities from its rooms online, the reservation will confirm and accept for the hotel automatically.

Which requirements do demand to make a reservation by this way?

To make a reservation, you must guarantee it with a valid credit card. You don’t have charges at the reservation moment. You will pay your stay at the hotel.

I make a reservation and I want to cancel  it,   how do I do that?

At the time of booking a user and a password were required. Press “my Reservations” and enter the e-mail and the password to ask for your reservation list. In your reservations appear a link “info”; pressing there you could cancel your reservation.

How many time do I have to cancel a reservation?

All cancellations must be made by this reservation system way. When you make a reservation, the system will indicate the limit date for its cancellation. Until this date, cancellations could be made free of charges. If the reservation is cancelled after this deadline, will apply the hotel cancellation conditions or policies, which can cause extra charges. To cancel your reservation after the established date, you must to request it, so please contact us.

I Must cancel the reservation, but the systems don’t let me because the limit day of cancellations has passed. How could I proceed in order to cancel the reservation anyway?

In this case you must request us the reservation annulment. Despite this, the hotel could bill you extra charges according the cancellations policies.  If the hotel wants, they could not bill you. LAHRES can’t make decisions about the hotel reservation policies. LAHRES’s responsibilities limit to connect you with the hotel though technology to do reservation transactions.

I made a reservation, but I wish to change the dates. What could I proceed?

If you made a reservation by this way, you have to cancel. After that you could search again the availabilities and make a new reservation.

I made a reservation few days ago and I can’t enter to the system because I forgot my password.  What can I do?

Press “I forgot my password”     in case you loose your password. You will receive an e-mail with the details of your account. After that, you could enter to the system and make what you want to do.

How is indicated the price that I see with the availabilities of rooms?

The room prices are usually in American dollar, and Taxes like IVA are not included. In some cases, some extra services could have extra Taxes, wouldn’t be indicated here for practicity.

Must I register every time that I make a reservation?

If you previously made a reservation, insert you e-mail and password. If you don’t remember it you can register again, although you can’t see the previous reservations you had.

The button to cancel reservations is not available. Why?

Hotels have cancellations policies, generally reservations can’t be cancelled in a near date to the arrival. You can’t cancel a reservation in the period of cancellations policies. If you don’t show at the hotel, you can be charge because you don’t cancel before the established period.

When the reservation status is marked with the symbol the reservation can’t be cancelled by this way.
